Items from Ocean Bleu are all Made to Order or Bespoke which cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, as they have been made-to-measure to the client’s exact specifications. However, as customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have any issues with your piece, we are happy to try and resolve any problem to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
