The production timeline for our made-to-order items varies depending on the design and typically falls within a 4-8 week range.

To ensure the authenticity and grading/certification of our stones, we exclusively use stones that we've personally sourced.

There is a $500 deposit required to begin the custom process. This deposit goes towards the total cost of the ring. During the design process you will receive a detailed quote along with the digital renderings of your bespoke piece. Once you have approved your design & materials, a full payment is required to start production on the ring.

Bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands require 6-8 weeks for completion, starting from the confirmation of the design. Please kindly note that, as a courtesy to all of our clients, we do not offer a rush service. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend waiting until we are at the production stage to make any proposal plans if relevant, so we can provide a firm estimate delivery date.

Absolutely! We provide complimentary laser engraving, whether on the inside or the exterior of the band. It's our way of adding a personal touch to your special piece. Add your engraving requirements on our remarks column.

Each design should tell its own unique story and reflect a distinct style. If you're seeking designs that are overtly organic, figurative, or intricate, it might be best to consult a jeweller specializing in that style, as it's outside our main expertise.

Certified diamonds and gemstones with very high standards for stone quality ensure you will be thrilled with your ring. If there is a very specific stone type or quality you are looking for, just let us know. Sourcing a very specific stone can add extra time to the design process in some cases. 

For central white diamond stones, we maintain a minimum quality benchmark of F color and VS clarity. These diamonds also adhere to either very good or excellent standards in symmetry, polish, and cut, ensuring their utmost brilliance. Our mined diamonds come with a certification from GIA, while our lab-grown diamonds are certified by either GIA or IGI. Our dedicated team handpicks these gems, ensuring they are not only of
top-tier quality but also align harmoniously with your design
preferences and budget.

For our collection of eternity rings, diamond wedding bands, and other fine jewellery featuring smaller white diamonds, we employ diamonds of D/E/F color and VVS/VS clarity.
