Bespoke Process

We would like to work closely with you to create unique pieces tailored to your specific requirements.

1.Getting to know you

The process begins with you completing our Bespoke Jewelry Consultation Form.

Please provide as much detail as possible, even if you only have a vague idea of what you want. Include elements you would like to see in your bespoke piece, such as specific materials, gemstones, or styles.

The form includes space for you to provide links to style references, whether it’s a link to your Pinterest board or something from our website. We will then get back to you with options to schedule an in-person meeting at our showroom or a remote call/chat via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements further.

This initial consultation is entirely free of charge. Our goal is to discuss your initial ideas, explain what can be achieved within your budget, and answer any questions you may have about the bespoke process. This will help you decide if you would like to proceed with us.

What we cover in the initial consultation:

  • Your budget and what will be possible to create.
  • Recommended initial ideas tailored to your requirements.
  • An overview of the bespoke process and timelines.
  • Answering any questions you may have.

2. Sourcing & Design

After the initial consultation, we will draft a Design Brief outlining the scope of work and providing a projected total quote. Once the design is finalized, a deposit of $100 SGD will be required to commence the 3D CAD design, which will be offset from the final cost. If the design is confirmed and the final quote is acceptable, the full amount of the projected total will be needed before we start crafting your jewelry.

Sourcing:
The process begins with finding and committing to a center stone, the focal point of any ring. We will work closely with you to source or custom cut the perfect stone to fit your requirements. You can view these options in person at our showroom or remotely. Our comprehensive diamond database includes live images and videos, allowing you to browse discreetly and comfortably from your own home.

Designing:
Once your stones have been selected, we will begin designing around them. Using CAD technology, we will create a series of 3D renders, showcasing the design from every angle. You will have the opportunity to tweak elements of the design until we achieve something you are happy to approve for production.

Due to the organic nature of the design process, we cannot estimate exactly how long this part will take. However, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to develop the initial renders, with an additional day or two for each requested tweak. If you require multiple options or frequent adjustments, this will naturally extend the design process and delay the start of production.

For the best results, please allow us the time needed to perfect the design without rushing. Your patience ensures we deliver a piece that truly meets your vision and expectations.

3. Production & Completion

Once the final design has been approved, we can begin the process of crafting your ring. The full payment must be completed before start craft works.

Using a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge techniques, your ring will be entirely made in Singapore. Depending on your jewelry design, we will either cast the piece in the selected metal or craft it entirely by hand. After casting or initial crafting, our team of skilled jewelers will clean, assemble, and hand-finish the piece in our workshop. Stone setting and any other specialized techniques, such as hand engraving, are also done locally.

The production process takes approximately 6 to 8 working weeks to complete. During peak seasons like Christmas and the wedding season, the process may take longer. We will always communicate the expected timeline to you in advance.

Upon completion we will notify you and arrange an appointment to deliver the ring to you anywhere in the world. Photos and videos of the completed ring will be taken for our records and to show you the finished piece so you know what to expect before receiving.

Things to remember:

Expect a minimum of 2-3 months for the entire process including initial design phrase. Wait until you have the ring, before making proposal plans!
